ET&F® PANELFAST® MODEL 510A-System
The ET&F® PANELFAST® Model 510A System is a versatile pneumatic fastening solution designed for installing siding, sheathing, insulation, and structural panels on light gauge steel framing. The tool drives large-head ET&F® AGS-100 pins (5/16" nominal head) for superior pull-over resistance when fastening panel materials to 20–14 gauge steel studs. Fingertip depth adjustment ensures precise fastener placement and reduces touch-up work, while sequential fire actuation provides accurate installation. Powered by a standard jobsite air compressor (70–120 PSI), the compact coil nailer delivers the power to drive hardened pins into steel with the speed and productivity of pneumatic fastening.

Many of our fasteners are approved for use in the U.S. market according to IAPMO UES ER-847.
This evaluation report recognizes ET&F® pneumatic pins used to attach wood structural panel sheathing to cold formed steel framing of 20ga to 10ga thickness for horizontal diaphragm construction. Withdrawal and lateral strength design values are also provided for individual pins.
Gypsum sheathing, Dens-Glass® Gold gypsum board, or fiber-reinforced gypsum panels such as Fiberock® brand sheathing are attached to steel framing members using ET&F Panelfast® knurled AGS-100 series pneumatic fasteners.
