what you can expect from us
BECK provides company cars for certain positions and functions. Vehicles from our car pool are available for business trips at any time.
A free shuttle bus is available for employees from the counties of Mühldorf and Altötting.
Our company doctor is available once per week in the company for our employees. Vaccination campaigns are organized and financed by the company. BECK is also happy to promote participation in sporting activities such as company runs.
Sufficient parking spaces are available on the company premises. From the train station Mauerkirchen you can reach the company in 10 minutes by foot.
Fast, first-hand information is important to us. The employee magazine is published once a year with important information from the departments, product innovations and a look behind the scenes. Up-to-date information is communicated to all employees via e-mail using our beck flash digital.
If the distance between the place of residence and the place of work is longer than 5 km, there is a travel allowance. This is a token of appreciation for all those who accept more travel time to get to work at BECK.

FIELD SUPPORT SPECIALIST (M/F/D)
Full-time position to support continually growing BECK innovation sales for BECK America in North America. The individual will be responsible for aiding in North America’s growth of the innovation brand portfolio, with an opportunity to become Territory Manager after satisfactory progress. Individual will work with Regional Territory Managers for outreach with contractors, architects, distributors, and aiding in generation of new business. Calling on and doing demonstrations at commercial and residential job sites demonstrating products and aiding Regional Territory Managers in getting products approved.
