WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
A free cross-border shuttle service is available to employees commuting from the nearby German districts of Mühldorf and Altötting.
Our occupational physician is available to employees on site once a week. Vaccination programmes are organised and financed by the company. BECK also supports participation in sporting activities, such as corporate running events.
Parking is available on the company premises. BECK is a ten-minute walk from Mauerkirchen railway station.
Providing timely, first-hand information is important to us. Our annual employee magazine features important news from our departments, product innovations and a look behind the scenes. Up-to-date information is also communicated to all employees by email through our digital ‘BECK Flash’.
Employees whose commute exceeds five kilometres receive a travel allowance. It is our way of showing appreciation to everyone who accepts a longer journey to work at BECK.
We bring our employees a little extra joy with small gifts on special occasions such as Christmas, milestone birthdays, weddings, the birth of a child and work anniversaries.
Depending on the department and in agreement with your manager, we offer flexible working-time arrangements. Whether you are an early bird or a late riser, have a young family or are approaching retirement, finding a schedule that suits you is important to us.
Depending on their position and responsibilities, employees are provided with company mobile phones, laptops with docking stations or tablets.
Employees in certain areas receive free workwear. BECK-branded clothing can also be purchased from the BECK Shop at discounted employee prices.
During annual appraisals, we discuss our employees’ professional development goals. These are aligned with the requirements of each department to ensure targeted, individual support. Training is provided both in-house and by external providers.
