what you can expect from us
BECK provides company cars for certain positions and functions. Vehicles from our car pool are available for business trips at any time.
A free shuttle bus is available for employees from the counties of Mühldorf and Altötting.
Our company doctor is available once per week in the company for our employees. Vaccination campaigns are organized and financed by the company. BECK is also happy to promote participation in sporting activities such as company runs.
Sufficient parking spaces are available on the company premises. From the train station Mauerkirchen you can reach the company in 10 minutes by foot.
Fast, first-hand information is important to us. The employee magazine is published once a year with important information from the departments, product innovations and a look behind the scenes. Up-to-date information is communicated to all employees via e-mail using our beck flash digital.
If the distance between the place of residence and the place of work is longer than 5 km, there is a travel allowance. This is a token of appreciation for all those who accept more travel time to get to work at BECK.
We care. By giving small gifts on special occasions such as Christmas, milestone birthdays, weddings, births of children and anniversaries, we give an additional pleasure to our employees.

In the annual employee appraisals, we ascertain the further training wishes of our employees. These are also compared with the respective needs in the department to ensure targeted and individual training. Further training takes place both in-house and with external providers.
Whether it's a company party, anniversary honors, BECK-Bradl bowling or a retiree meeting, we like to spend entertaining hours with current and already retired employees.
For the small hunger in between, there is our snack service - delivered by a regional baker. Apples are available for free withdrawal.
