AWARD-WINNING APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING

BECK has been recognized as an “Exemplary Apprenticeship Company” since 2015. The INEO quality seal awarded by the Upper Austrian Economic Chamber recognizes companies with exceptionally high standards in apprenticeship training. For you, this means an apprenticeship with excellent prospects, support from our apprenticeship team, and the best opportunities for your future.

got ALL YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED?

No. Apprentices are not generally expected to work overtime, as the focus is firmly on training and learning. We want you to have enough time for vocational school and your personal development. There is just one small exception each year: our apprentices help at an apprenticeship fair in the Braunau district for one weekend. This gives them an opportunity to learn more about and present both the profession and the company. Of course, this work is compensated accordingly.

BECK works with strong partners such as the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO) and the Training Centre (ABZ). The WKO provides apprentices with high-quality courses based on the latest industry standards. The ABZ complements these with hands-on training that deepens their specialist knowledge. BECK also works with other companies to offer team events and social-skills coaching that strengthen our apprentices’ personal development and team spirit. This gives BECK apprentices high-quality, well-rounded training and excellent career prospects.

Our apprenticeships usually begin in August. To improve your chances of securing a place, we recommend applying early in the spring. This leaves enough time for the entire application process, and you will usually receive an offer before the end of the school year. In some cases, we may also recruit apprentices during the year if additional positions become available. However, applying in the spring still gives you the best chance of securing an apprenticeship. We therefore recommend applying as early as possible to ensure the best possible start to your apprenticeship.

Yes. We welcome both young people coming directly from school and adults or career changers looking for a new professional direction. Several people at BECK have already taken this route and successfully completed their apprenticeships. We support every apprentice individually, regardless of whether they have just left school or already have professional experience. Our flexible approach creates opportunities for anyone looking to develop their skills and gain a solid vocational qualification.
