The single-family home in Hösbach demonstrates how thoughtful planning and precise execution can go hand in hand. Numerous details were carefully considered during the design phase, minimizing the need for adjustments during construction. Visible wood surfaces give the dining area a warm, natural atmosphere and define its clean architectural character. The timber wall and ceiling cladding was fastened with LIGNOLOC® wooden nails in a way that is both material-compatible and visually discreet. This preserves the high-quality appearance of the wood and allows it to blend harmoniously into the open-plan living concept.

Another defining feature of the house is the exposed, polished screed floor. The top screed layer serves directly as the finished floor surface and blends seamlessly into the building’s minimalist material concept. The combination of timber, exposed screed and carefully executed details creates a timeless, high-quality atmosphere that brings functionality and design together in a distinctive way.
