Fine, lightweight, efficient: the FW 7C-16 places fine wire staples where fastening should barely show. It drives BECK 7C, BECK 7 and BECK M fine wire staples up to 16 mm (5/8”), whose crown of around 9 mm is the narrowest in the FW range. Developed from the ground up, the tool runs on particularly low air consumption. A slim grip, metal cap and narrow nose make for precise work on trim, mouldings and panelling.
Fasten discreetly: narrow staple crown
Reload with one finger: quick-release latch on the grip
Place every staple precisely with the narrow nose
Less air, more output: the new valve system
The BECK FW 7C-16 is a pneumatic stapler for narrow crown fine wire staples up to 16 mm (5/8”). It is particularly suited to finish and trim work, furniture making, millwork, upholstery, and textile and shoe applications.
The tool drives BECK 7C, BECK 7 and BECK M fine wire staples with leg lengths from 6 to 16 mm (1/4 to 5/8”). They correspond to staple types such as BEA 71, ATRO 7, SENCO C, BOSTITCH 7 and HOLZHER M.
Yes. The BEA 71 corresponds to the BECK 7C, and the FW 7C-16 drives it in lengths up to 16 mm (5/8”).
The BECK 7C has a 9 mm crown, while the staples for the FW 80-16 and FW 50-16 measure 12.5 to 13 mm. The narrow crown is less visible on finished surfaces and fits narrow mouldings and frames.
The staple decides. BECK 7C, 7 and M go into the FW 7C-16, BECK 80 and 8 into the FW 80-16, and BECK 50 into the FW 50-16. For discreet fastening choose the FW 7C-16; for more hold in soft materials the FW 80-16.
The tool weighs 0.94 kg (2.07 lbs) and measures 146 × 40 × 220 mm (5.75 × 1.57 × 8.66”). It operates at 4 to 7 bar (60 to 100 psi) and its new valve system keeps air consumption particularly low.
The FW 7C-16 is bottom loading. The quick-release latch on the grip opens the magazine with one finger, without changing grip, and staples are inserted from below.
Each trigger pull drives one staple, and only when the nose rests on the workpiece. An integrated trigger lock adds further protection.
The sound power level LWA is 89.0 dB(A), the sound pressure level LpA 79.7 dB(A). Vibration emission is 3.88 m/s² or less.
Clean and lubricate the tool regularly. Details on lubrication and maintenance are in the operating manual.
The FW 7C-16 is a new development with a new valve system, a quick-release latch on the grip, a trigger lock and a metal cap. It drives the same staple types as the F1B 7C-16.
